We are looking to cast a Caucasian man in his mid 40s. You will need to have a healthy head of mid length dark hair that will show movement when underwater.

The brief is to capture the feeling and pain a person with severe heart failure goes through when they experience the symptom of fluid filling lungs and drowning them from the inside. One symptom of severe heart failure is that you can’t breathe and feel like you’re ‘drowning’.

The concept aims to demonstrate how terrifying this feels by showing somebody downing in their own bed. To demonstrate he’s drowning you see that he is submerged in water.

Therefore, you must be able to get across the feeling of absolute terror through your facial expressions and eyes. You must also feel comfortable shooting and opening your eyes underwater for a prolonged period of time.

So its VERY VERY important that you are comfortable being photographed UNDERWATER!

The shoot will take place in a special underwater tank. So you must be comfortable being underwater for long periods of time. And you must be a good underwater swimmer!
