Surviving Actors Edinburgh is an event that helps actors understand how to sustain themselves in a notoriously difficult profession. Attendees are given the chance to develop their career by meeting industry related companies and professional, all of which provide services to progress an actor’s career. Actors will also meet companies who provide additional training for professional actors in order to refresh, focus and develop their craft. Surviving Actors also create the opportunities for actors to meet others looking to produce independent projects and small theatre companies recruiting actors. Exciting and inspirational seminars will also occur throughout the day.

Dee-Dee started her career as a child actor and model, appearing in commercials, magazines and short films. She studied at Italia Conti Associates, Danceworks and Pineapple for over 10 years and gained roles in a number of major films. In 2008 Dee-Dee won a place at East 15 Acting school on the BA World Performance course. After University Dee-Dee decided to follow a lifelong dream and become a talent agent. Dee-Dee started at Kenneth Earle Personal Management in 2011.
