It's 3 minutes to midnight on new years eve; two strangers share an umbrella, and during a surreal moment are dumped by phone at the same time. As the seconds ebb away Corrine and Bill compare their situation, with Corrine, in a moment of madness offering Bill a kiss at midnight, if there is something there they will see where the night takes them, if not they will both go their seperate ways.
