I am looking to start up my own small film production company. I have written a few short films and feature films but I do not have the equipment and the crew to get them filmed and out for the public to see. On the first few productions there will be NO PAY but as the company gets bigger and we start making movies of better quality the crew involved in the company will get paid. The first few shorts we bring out, we will put them on youtube for the public to watch and once we start getting great feedback and great views we can move on to feature films and get them put onto DVD for the public. In the end I am hoping to get our films known in the whole of the UK and put up for sale in supermarkets. The experiences we will have along the way will be great and I hope I get a lot of people interested. Don't think about the NO PAY at the start, think about the experiences we can have and where it can take us in the future. Thanks for reading and I hope to get a good response.
