The production is of a short film set in France during WWII.
The story is thrilling and dramatic with deep symbolism and an impacting, touching message.

The finished film will be entered into the festival circuit in Australia and Internationally (major festivals, eg. Cannes).

Writer/Director has received numerous awards around Australia. The most recent success being shortlisted with two films in the Tropfest (2012) Top 50 and a Best Film award at the St. Kilda Film Festival (2012).

D.O.P. is multi-award winning, having had great success in Australian Television, short films and feature films.

This is an opportunity to gain INVALUABLE EXPERIENCE working with a dedicated cast and crew in a professional environment (principal photography is taking place on a SET in a studio in Melbourne area) to bring to the screen what will be a powerful, thought-provoking piece of art.

ROLE: Sound designer's assistant - involves boom swinging, rigging microphones and assisting capture of Foley, SFX and Atmos on set. You will be working with a highly experienced and talented sound designer/recordist.
