We currently have a guitar (myself) and bass player who have been auditioned and given the go ahead by a function agency to form the rest of the band to fill an international contract. Once the band is in place a video will be shot to send to the agency followed by a possible live audition in front of the client.

The contracts are varied but are generally 3-4 months and we're looking at working in the Middle East in 5* hotels playing pop, rock, soul, funk covers. Flights, accomodation, insurance etc is all covered. The contracts are constantly coming in and the need for bands playing western music is very high. The salary is paid monthly and is around £1250. (I can't give or confirm any specific details yet as it really depends on when we're ready and the exact contracts that are available at the time).

We're looking for:

Two energetic singers to front the band, preferably female or one female and a versatile male singer. It is very important that you can sing comfortably in a variety of styles and have a good grasp of musicality. We have auditioned with singers in the past who struggled with song structure and harmonising well with the lead singer. Singers will take turns singing lead and harmony depending on their strengths. Solid, lively, versatile and musical singers will get the job. Outstanding singers who are not musically aware and limited in style will not.

A drummer who again is very versatile. It is important to be able to play the parts as they are on the track solidly with a good groove. Having a good appreciation for the dynamics of the track and the other musicians is vital. Being able to sit back and keep things solid is what we're looking for, no crazy fills, playing too fast or too loud please.

A keyboard player. Somebody who can play keyboard, string and horn parts very well. A keyboard player who can sing lead or backing vocals will be given priority but if you are an accomplished keys player who does not sing please still audition.
