The hottest songwriting competition for unsigned music acts and song-writers has just begun
Unsigned Song of the Year 2009 is a fantastic opportunity to have your music heard by influential people, compete to win the award for your specific category, win some great prizes, get your song on our official CD, and, who knows, You may even be judged the overall winner of the competition.
Submit your best original song to compete for the appropriate genre/category award, with each category winner going on to challenge for the ultimate accolade of Unsigned Song of the Year 2009.
Categories include: Rock, Alternative, Pop, Electronic, Punk, Country, Folk, Novelty and even a ‘Lyrics only’ category.
Entries will be judged by a celebrated panel from the entertainment and media industries and there are some fantastic prizes on offer for the winners. You may enter as many songs as you wish, for as many categories as you wish.
Deadline for entries: 5.00pm (GMT) 15th October 2009. The winners will be announced and notified on or around 11th December 2009.
