Calling all singers!!! Do you think you have what it takes to perform consistently week after week, sing to over 300 people and go up against other great vocalist to win the £1,000 cash prize?

Search For A Star takes place at the Ruby Bordellos Bar in Chesterfield, Derbyshire and has seen some truly amazing talent and winners over the last 5 years. The competition is open to all singers 18 and over unless you aren't currently, or have in the past, signed with a record label/company (backgrounds are checked).

Please be aware that this competition runs over 6 weeks, on a Wednesday night, and, if successful at the auditions, you will be expected to attend each weekly heat, unless you are eliminated by the judging panel.

The competition will be held throughout July and August 2012.
