Bellevue Philanthropy is organising the annual Oaks Day Ladies Luncheon in support of Monash Children's Hospital to be held in Bayside Melbourne on Oaks Day (Ladies Day during the Melbourne Cup Carnival) on Thursday 8th November 11.30 am - 3.30pm.

The event attracts 200 women in the high-end AB demographic (35-50 age group). It is "THE" event to attend in the Bayside area and tickets will sell out in minutes.

We require a videographer to capture the colour and unique atmosphere of the occasion with imagination and professionalism and who would be willing to donate their time for the opportunity to gain experience and exposure which may lead to future opportunities.

Thursday 8th November

Video our guests unobtrusively
Video as many guests as possible with their prizes
Video of speeches and other on stage events
A few Interviews of the ladies who "had a great time" :)

The video will be placed on youtube and our website and you will be acknowledged for your time. We're happy for you to put a promotional still at the end of the video to promote your work. The video is only to be used for this charity event and your non-commercial purposes.

Professional "racing" attire is required.
