Male and female actors wanted for comedy/thriller/horror feature film, casting early next year
Year of The Dog Films is looking to produce it's first feature film "Gasoline Blood" next summer and are looking to start the casting process off early next year.
We are in talks with a major US studio at present, and hope to get the film into development as soon as possible. The film is a comedy/thriller/horror, set in the vein of such classics as 'From Dusk Till Dawn,' 'Deliverance' and 'Indiana Jones'.
Previous short films have been shown at a high number of international prestigious film festivals, including Frightfest (Odeon Leicester Square), Rio De Janeiro, Italy, Cannes SFC, Northern Lights and many more. All actors and actresses involved in each film have been found through StarNow and have been able to get loads of exposure through the festival circuit.
We are looking for charismatic, versatile and professional actors, who firmly believe that they have enough range and skill to carry off the roles. There will be a wide range of stunt work and improvisation needed to pull off the dialogue-heavy script.
We are also looking for a large number of extras, playing hillbilly local characters. If you think you'd be ideal playing some variation of a redneck psycho - we'd love to hear from you.
