Ku-ring-gai Council is looking for an enthusiastic and qualified person to join our team
Ku-ring-gai Council is looking for an enthusiastic and qualified person to join our team in the Community Department to assist with the running of dance fitness classes for the ‘Active Ku-ring-gai’ program.
The position is ideally suited for people with a passion for dance, promoting fitness and well being, and who have qualification in leisure programs. Sessions run Mondays 6:30pm – 7:30pm for 8 week sessions during school terms.
‘Active Ku-ring-gai’ is a community recreation program developed to encourage residents to get out and active in a safe, social and fun setting.
The position offers further opportunities to expand the DanceFit program and other lifestyle programs with ‘Active Ku-ring-gai’.
Essential Criteria:
Certification in fitness or dance instruction
Relevant experience in leisure program leadership
First Aid Certificate
Available to commence work ASAP
