ACOPA is currently seeking fresh and established acts to take part in it's live performances
Sensual, sexy, confronting and often totally mesmerizing, New- Burlesque has become a live entertainment phenomenon.
Attracting hoards of newly enlightened devotees around Melbourne, Cabaret Voltaire is now opening in North Melbourne at the Australian Centre of Performing Arts (ACOPA).
ACOPA is currently seeking fresh, innovative and established acts to take part in it's Live Performances.
Live performances will commence every Saturday night between 8:00pm to 9:30pm, and in following months take place frequently throughout the week. In addition, ACOPA intends to formulate new burlesque concepts with new artists under the direction of producer Lindsay Saddington.
In the current wave of Burlesque entertainment, this is a spectacular opportunity for artists to perform at Cabaret Voltaire and/or alternative venues throughout Melbourne.
Thursday nights - Theatrical Mayhem (featuring a variety of short performances) 7 pm till 10 pm. Friday nights -Tash Anderson (Music) from 7 pm till 10 pm. Saturday nights - Musical acts from 7 pm till 10 pm. Sunday nights - TBA from 7 pm till 10 pm.
