Welcome. I believe in life comes balance and without it we are lost. The journey to good health and life style can only begin with acceptance. Acceptance of yourself and to what you can offer. Only then can you master time to experience enjoyment to what each moment can bring. My songs are stories that can be told in a laid back tune & some are soft playful melodies which relax you to feel a sense of understanding; comfort and every once in a while a sense of belonging, human. Yet others can be as harsh as reality and can even take you away from where you are; to take you where you want to be. It can touch you in the darkest moments, relieve you of your omen & release you from all your bounds.
