Claire Stjepanovic is an actor, classical singer and performance maker. A recent graduate of the University of Wollongong’s theatre program, Claire is a newbie to the theatre scene. During her time at UOW she took classes in movement, acting, singing and voice, with a strong focus on creating and devising new theatre works. In her three years at UOW Claire took part in six major productions, worked with students in projects funded by the UOW Student Initiated Program, and was also pleased to work on an adaptation of Brecht’s The Seven Deadly Sins, joining her acting and classical singing skills. Outside of the University sphere, Claire has performed in multiple classical music productions. She has had over ten years of singing experience and has recently engrossed herself in the classical singing scene, looking at French Melodie, Lied, Art Song and Opera. Since graduating, Claire has become a founding member of re:group performance collective.
