"Miss World Australia People’s Choice 2012 Competition" rules:

1. The “Miss World Australia People’s Choice 2012 Competition” (Competition) will run from 23 May 2012 (AEST) until midday on 20 June 2012 (AEST). Full Competition terms and conditions will be made available to each contestant.
2. During the Competition, a contestant may not delete her photo entered into the Competition nor remove her profile from the Website.
3. You may vote for a contestant no more than 10 times within a 24-hour period and contestants may vote for themselves.
4. The “Most Votes” list on the competition page of the Website constitutes an aggregate based on the number of votes received at any time. This list is not controlled or determined by StarNow and StarNow takes no responsibility for the accuracy of this list.
5. StarNow will promote the Competition generally, but will not promote any individual contestant. Contestants may promote themselves and be promoted by others.
6. Members may comment on other contestants’ profiles, but must agree to follow StarNow’s commenting guidelines on the Website.
7. The “People’s Choice” winning contestant will be chosen based on both the number of valid votes cast for that contestant and the discretion of Miss World Australia.
8. The winner will be notified by StarNow by way of phone or email by 21 June 2012 (AEST) and StarNow will announce the winner on the competition page of the Website by 21 June 2012 (AEST). StarNow and/or Miss World Australia’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the winner if, in the opinion of the Promoter or Miss World Australia, the winner has failed to comply with the Competition terms and conditions or has engaged in improper or unlawful conduct that may affect the reputation of the Competition and/or the “Miss World Australia 2012” competition.
