Our video will be an odyssey of shapes through the use of contemporary dancers creating silhouettes against the backdrop; clever compositing techniques; and practical effects generated real- time and in camera. With the reference to Aly’s working drawings, and this statement ‘Symbiotic, affinity, synthesis, reality echoes Aly Sazans obsession with human evolution and disease depicted by exploration of the black plague. The existence of symbiotic/ non/-symbiotic relationships and parasitic activity. The results is a collection that reflects a response to “cancer being a modern day plague”
