We are a new Murder Mystery Company and we require a photographer for our second ever event at the Unicorn Hotel, Manchester on Saturday 29 September to take photos for use as promotional material.

The event is a Murder Mystery Dinner in front of an audience of dinner guests. There are six actors (reduced to five after the murder!) and the performance is mainly dialogue, but the murder scene is quite dramatic.

The assignment would be to take posed photos of the cast before the show, and then photos of the action during the show.

You would be required from 6.00pm (show starts 7.15pm) till the end (around 10.45pm)
We have no budget to pay a professional photographer, but we will give you the meal which is the dinner part of the show, and of course you get to enjoy the show whilst you are working!

We require the photos provided on a CD no later than one week after the event.

We feel this is a terrific opportunity to gain experience and material for a photographer’s portfolio. This is the sort of commercial work that can be very rewarding, and to have this in your portfolio would be advantageous.

Applicants must have a portfolio that they can show us to prove their quality, and experience of work of this nature would stand you in good stead, but is not essential.
