Information:

Alex has a classic English accent (he was born in London and lived there for 4 years)

He has dual Citizenship of Australia and the UK and is a holder of both Australian and British passports.

Alex has excellent comic timing while still able to play more serious roles with conviction and sensitivity. He is especially adept at comedy character work.

Alex has won many first prizes for acting at various Sydney Eisteddfods, including recently winning the 2018 Sydney Eisteddfod Senior Actors Championship along with numerous other first placings, scholarships and awards.

He has passed his Trinity College London Associate Diploma speech and drama exam (ATCL) with distinction and studies speech & drama with Judith Burgess in Sydney.

Alex has recently graduated from St. Andrews Cathedral School where he was a scholarship holder from 2017-2018, having also been a scholarship holder at the McDonald College for Performing Arts in Sydney for the previous 7 years.

He is now embarking on extensive training in all aspects of the performing arts, while also hoping to gain further professional experience in the field.

Alex also enjoys making his own movies, while favourite TV shows include Sherlock, Doctor Who and Monty Python.

Alex is a classically trained baritone singer with a strong singing range from G below bass clef C up to F above middle C.

He is trained by Tim Collins in Sydney and has passed AMEB Associate Diploma singing (AMusA) with distinction.

He has won many awards over the last few years at various eisteddfods and other competitions for both classical and contemporary singing, including recently being selected for the Ryde Eisteddfod Operatic Aria Final, along with several medals for singing at the 2018 Sydney Eisteddfod.



Alex graduated from St. Andrew's Cathedral School in Sydney where he was a music scholar (voice) in 2018 and after recent training at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, will now embark on a BMus (performance) in classical vocal studies at the Royal Academy of Music in London, beginning September 2019.


He has performed solo on many occasions across Sydney including singing solo at the Sydney Opera House when only 8 years old and recorded his first radio recital for 2MBS-FM as part of their Younger Performers Series, which was broadcast in 2010.

He has sung in many bands at school and is a talented composer of a variety of music styles from classical to experimental dance tracks!

Alex loves to sing in different languages and picks up music very quickly. He hopes to continue to sing professionally when he is older and is a massive fan of the English musician and comedian, Bill Bailey, the madrigal group the Kings Singers and the experimental music of Bjork.

Alex has dual Citizenship of Australia and the UK and is a holder of both Australian and British passports.
