Dianne is a technically trained Soprano with Belt/Mix. She began her training contemporary singing in 2004, and branched out into classical singing training in 2008. In 2013, Dianne completed a 4 week Musical Theatre Program at NYFA, NYC, and was subsequently offered a Talent Based Scholarship towards the 1 year Conservatory course, which she completed from 2014-2015. She has trained trained with some of Broadway's elite, including Kristy Cates (Finding Neverland), Deidre Goodwin (A Chorus Line), Derrick Cobey (The Scottsboro Boys) and more. Dianne's vocal coach Wysandria Woolsey (Chess, Cats) worked closely with her to develop the limitless possibilities of the Broadway belt and Mix voice, and she finds great joy in constantly expanding her repertoire to showcase her range of vocal skill. In 2015, she has the opportunity to perform as a soloist at the World Famous Appollo Theatre in Harlem, NYC and made her off-Broadway debut as the female romantic ingenue 'Kim', in the world premiere of "Single Room Occupancy", the comedy Musical. Dianne is currently working as a performer and teaching artist, and has 3 years of experience teaching singing privately, in group settings, and has coached Choirs in school settings.
