You can contact your applicants individually or in groups, making it easy for you to provide audition information, exchange contact details and stay in touch. To send a message to applicants, just follow these steps:
Click on My listings in the side bar, click on the listing, then click manage applicants and then the 'Options' button.
Tick the box next to the person you’d like to send your message to, click on the 'Options' button, then click 'Contact selected'. Ticking more than one box will allow you to send the same message to multiple people.
To send a message to all applicants, click on the 'Options' button and then select 'Contact all'. From here you can select which group of applicants you would like to message at once, depending on their status on your list. Use the drop-down bar next to Status to select either 'New, Got the part, Unsuccessful, Shortlist, Unsuitable' or 'All statuses' if you want to message everyone who applied.
You can set how many applicants are shown per page (from 5-100) by using the drop-down box at the bottom of the page.
