We already have a buzz around our project on social media (i.e over 70k followers on Instagram), but we want to work with the right type of person, and commitment is essential for this role. We need a production co-ordinator to help support the producer, event manager and director deliver various tasks.
The production coordinator would also need to have the following skills:
* Strong organisation skills
* Good problem-solver
* Good with time management
* A strong communicator
* Proficient with personnel management
Audition / Rehearsal / Production datesThe next film shoot will be in December and our next event will be in January 2020, so we need someone in place as soon as possible.

The production coordinator’s job is to help the production manager, event manager and the director with all aspects of the physical act of video production and event delivery. The production coordinator’s job includes facilitating the production schedule, the event schedule, casting call sheets, drawing up prop/accessory/equipment lists, supplier management (liaising with venue managers, DJs, technicians)
