Why: Because you will make new friends whilst having fun, learning and being creative!
The project will create an interactive drama performance that explores mental health, depression and suicide.
Participants will develop skills in performing arts, research, interviewing, facilitating, devising and rehearsing. The project uses improvisation and storytelling to alleviate isolation, anxiety, depression and stress.
Participants will develop plans to create change within their mental health which will act as a catalyst to promote health and wellbeing and strengthen skills and local knowledge, particularly about how to access support.

Unpaid – this is a collaboration opportunity - Copies of the performances will be available to you
Collaborations should create mutual benefit and are usually amateur, student or 'Time for Print' projects.
