This is a very important leading role and requires someone who is able to speak in an American accent (native or someone who is skilled in it).
You will be the voice of a young American soldier in WWII who is writing a letter to his beloved. It is quite an emotive piece of writing, and I am looking for someone who is able to capture the different tones in this monologue (no crying involved).
He is a man wrapped up in young love, full of hopes and dreams and saddled with the coming realities of war and responsibility.
It is important that you have the capabilities to record decent quality audio and be able to send me that audio.
- Studio-quality audio is not needed, but high-quality audio is prefered as it is the main feature in the film.
No experience necessary, I am just looking for someone who can make this film shine. An actor who is able to perform the voice over with a realistic and emotional reading. Age also isn't much of a factor, as long as your voice is believably in the range of mid-twenties to late thirties.
As this is an independent film it is unpaid, but the Actor who brings William to life will receive a copy of the final product to use in their reel. You will, of course, be credited. There is also a possibility that this film may be entered into Film Festivals.
Thank you for your time and I hope we get to work together soon!
