Carol (Mid-Late 30s) - Speaks lines in Afrikaans! Afrikaans lines have been written in parentheses above the english lines in the script. Audition can be done in english. Only submit if you are able to learn it with us during the process. You will not be put at a disadvantage if you don’t do the dialect in the audition. Carol is Earmas mother. Though successful in her work life, and much like Earma to her, she has become distracted from family. She has begun to try to mend the relationship.

She thinks because she has more forward thinking opinions that she’ll be able to relate to and connect to Earma, when really she still doesn’t see the blatant bullying that's occurring right in front of her.
