Lead Actor for Psychological-Drama Short Film - $150

This project is a 15-minute psychological drama following the strange and unsettling experiences of Louis as he searches for a place known as The Field. The film explores themes of stagnation, change, self-exploration as well as connection and the effects of an unhealthy solitude. The film aims to be off kilter, eerie experience, where atmosphere and visuals take priority over narrative and to a further extent character in communicating said experience.

Produced by Oakville Films, with an experienced team of ambitious filmmakers, the project will be a 4 day shoot (including nighttime shooting) during early December.

The role of protagonist Louis is relatively subdued, aiming for a naturalistic performance that serves as a gateway into the strangeness of the world.
