Roy is an MP, 40s, who sympathetically scolds his policy advisor, LARA, for her telling the Minister when he’s wrong — mainly from the bother as the complaint comes back to him. Roy plays both sides of the political coin, depending on the immediate audience. He’s condescending, passively manipulative, and strangely comedic. Later on, he pathetically tries to get the attention of ISABEL, used to the distraction from this young woman as his significant other outside of his marriage and kids.
