The music video is about a young boy who comes from a rich family but dresses like a lad and pretends to be poor - there's a word for it called 'class tourist'.
He will be in his early 20s studying art, making ultra conceptual/contemporary work that nobody understands. He'll also steal stuff in front of his friends, appealing that young creative 'started from the bottom now I'm here' vibe, except he didn't start from the bottom at all, he's on an allowance of $500 a week.
This is for a Melbourne music label, and it will be release online. I'm an experienced filmmaker and we'll have a good skeleton crew on set. I'm looking for a lead boy from 18-25 years old, depending how young you look. Also looking for the supporting actors! Don't need plenty of acting experience, this would be a great experience for anyone who wants to get into acting and be in a cool music video.
Audition / Rehearsal / Production datesWe are looking to shoot in the middle of February, it should only be a day but potentially might need 2. Dates are flexible at the moment waiting to lock in some more crew.
