The character appears in 2 x web only videos. They are out in picturesque environments on the Mornington Peninsula. In video 1, the character feels distressed after a long time out in the sun on their own (exhausted etc). and uses the smart device featured to contact 24/hr emergency support. In video 2, the scenario is similar, but the character experiences distress ascending a sharp incline. The 2 videos highlight slightly different aspects of the product.
