About the role:

If you are an energetic, driven and have excellent customer service skills – look no further!


Resolve customer complaints and enquiries via phone, email & social media in a polite, timely and professional manner
Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to questions concerning bookings, Santa visit, and other related enquiries in a fast-paced customer care environment.
Document customer information and enquiries in the database after each contact with the customer.
Highlight customer experience issues and report it to the Customer Service Manager to deliver magical Christmas experience to all Scene to Believe customers.
Work closely with the Account Management teams and report any store/set issues to the relevant Set Experience Manager.
Improve customer service ratings measured by Voice of Customer and Google reviews, by establishing a positive rapport with each customer.
Meet all customer service KPI’s including, but not limited to, Average Handling Time, CSAT ratings etc.


Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability and desire to deliver outstanding customer service
Previous experience in an inbound call centre preferred
Time management skills and ability to work under pressure
Skills and the ability to resolve conflict in a quick and timely manner
Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Willing to obtain or already have a WWCC

Short term contract starting October 2021 until 24th December 2021.

Must be willing to work a 7-day rotating roster, with full availability on weekends.
