"Cadence of Courage" is the story of a 21 year old blogger who has fought breast cancer for three years before she is told she is now terminal. Instead of giving up, Cadence decides to use her blog as a means of promoting awareness and organises a lunch for those who had cancer, have cancer or have lost loved ones due to cancer to show them that they are not alone. She is inspired to do this after she gets emails from 16 year old Marlo whose life she saved by writing the blog.
The film will run for approximately 20 minutes. It is not specifically for any festival but it may be entered into ones in the future. The purpose of making this film is to simply inspire and tell a story. Subsequently, it is no pay but actors will recieve a copy of the film at their request and valuable material for show reels.
Shooting dates will be on the 12th and 13th of February. Most people will only be required for the 13th but the role of "Marlo" will be needed both dates. Please make sure you are available for these dates.
