MISSION & OBJECTIVE
The UKFF's mission is to encourage, support, and promote filmmakers in an annual Film Festival of well crafted and culturally diverse domestic and foreign feature films, shorts, music videos, animations and documentaries.

ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
THE UK FILM FESTIVAL now in their third year is proud to announce their association with Creative Diversity at Channel 4. This means that the very best film or films may be considered for broadcast in an episode of Channel 4’s Shooting Gallery.
We have also been chosen by the European Parliament to host the Lux Feature Film Prize and one of our last year winners - “Buzkashi Boys” being nominated for an Oscar!

GENERAL RULES
Submission Eligibility
- All submissions must have been completed after 1 Jan 2005.

- Submission should preferably be through without a box (Link to website available upon application). if not then postal packages must include a preview copy, a completed Festival Submission Form and the correct submission fee. (The student concession fee is only applicable to filmmakers that were full time students at the time of making the film) The preview copy must not have any stickers or sticker-labels attached.
- All films in a language other than English must be subtitled in English.
- Exploitation or grossly indecent genres are not eligible.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

UK Film Festival is hereby granted the right to utilize an excerpt from any film submitted and accepted for exhibition at the Festival for promotional purposes. The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations. The undersigned shall indemnify and hold harmless UK Film Festival from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos entered the admission fees are non-refundable
