Presenter, Editor and Director Wanted Documentary Mini Series - Leeds

Presenter, Editor and Director Wanted Documentary Mini Series - Leeds

Leeds, UK
Listed by View details

The project is to document the foundation of a new company in Leeds. It will be a documentary covering funding, business strategy, technical input and the human interest side of success or failure.

This is a pilot series that will be taken to national TV production companies on completion.

The format is expected to include some interviews with guest advisors, as well as technical and drama input. Currently as well as the founding of the business, there are 5 projects in the early stages of development, these projects will be documented through the design stage, and hopefully see them launched directly onto the market by ITS (UK) or by our customers.

There is a possibility of some overseas filming either during or after the pilot series.

All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Job payment

Unpaid – this is a collaboration opportunity

Collaborations should create mutual benefit and are usually amateur, student or 'Time for Print' projects.

All advertisers agree to abide by the UK National Minimum Wage Act and are responsible for defining the nature of their production and any payment requirements. Find out more.

Although listed as no pay, this is only because that part of the show will be the journey towards funding.

Should funding be gained, or the business in question gains a sufficient income to pay, then the status will become a 'Paid Role' and any due remuneration will be paid to all participants.

There is a gamble but only of time. This is the same within the business, as a new start company, it cannot afford to pay me a wage either. Hopefully the growth of the business and interest in the pilot series will allow wages to be paid to all.
