Anyway, Goodbye has been looking for someone to take over the editing for quite some time, having been messed about by as many editors over the last 18 months with one excuse after another or simply not even getting back after expressing their interest.
The film requires an editor who can literally go through the edit as it is now, tighten it up and add any special FX (not that much though) and turn day to night. It's about 10 minutes on the edit as it stands now, this is without the end credits, I'll sort that out myself as the track is quite extensive, but worth it.
Distance is not an issue here, the footage is High Def and all on a single SD card, however, I am expecting to get 2 very short clips (5-10 seconds each of a supporting cast member for simple cuts to be added)
I would love to get this film to Cannes next year, but i appreciate that as this is an unpaid editing job, paid work must always take priority, I am in the same boat when it comes to paying the bills, so any help with the editing of the video FX would be really appreciated and full credit given on the film and IMDb, I would also look at creating an 'In Association with' option if you like, out of appreciation and recognition for the work done
