Filming Location: London Exterior Shoot in Kent.

The film is a supernatural, horror drama that takes place on the eve of the Day of the Dead in a small village in Mexico. It is believed that the thin veil that separates the world of the dead and the world of the living comes down for an evening AND the dead return. Individuals and families create altars to honor their loved ones, so that those dearly departed might come back for a day and enjoy a few of their favorite things.
On this eve, our protagonist, Antonio, finds himself trying to shut everyone out. He feels trapped in his own prison of grief, a never ending cycle of despair and suffering. He just wants to be alone. As the town erupts into celebration, he has shut himself in with his own feelings of guilt. Over the past year he has increasingly isolated himself from other neighbors and spiraled into a deep state of sorrow. As the town recluse and village grump he scoffs at the festivities taking place in the town and self medicates by pouring himself several drinks of tequila.
At the stroke of twelve, the veil between worlds drops and Antonio’s drunken slumber is interrupted by loud booming knocks at his front door. To Antonio’s horror, it’s his wife that manifests in the brutal way in which she was murdered. At this point, Antonio must face the consequences of his past vices that directly led to his wife’s death.
This is a story that aims to explore what is means to be haunted, where someone is given the extraordinary opportunity to say goodbye to someone they love.
